Reservations are guaranteed subject to 100% advance payment 48 hours prior to arrival. No charge for cancellation 2 days prior to arrival. 50% of stay charge applicable for cancellation 1 day prior to arrival. Full stay charges applicable for cancellation on arrival day, no show or early check out.

Guest Policies.

A. Check-in:
1. The guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the resort.
2. Our standard check-in time is 12 noon.
3. Valid photo identification is mandatory during check-in according to government regulations. Original Identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport.

B. Child:
4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of an extra mattress.
5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
6. Extra mattress shall be provided for triple occupancy bookings.

C. Pets:
7. Pets are not allowed in the resort premises.

D. Hygiene and Conduct:
8. If any action or behavior by a guest is deemed inappropriate, the resort reserves the right to take action against the guest.
9. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Resort asset.
10. Guest shall keep the resort room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
11. Certain policies are booking specific and will be informed to the customer while making the booking.

E. Contact:
12. Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival time through calls or messages. Booking may be put on hold or cancelled if we do not receive a response from the guest.

F. Smoking & Alcohol:
13. Smoking and/or Alcohol is NOT allowed anywhere inside the premises

G. Booking Extension:
14. Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.

H. COVID 19
